What are your Shipping Charges?
We process orders on a daily basis. We utilize several different manufacturers and distributors in different parts of the country to ship our orders; therefore shipping time in transit will vary by location. We will let you know the ship date and transit time for your order shortly after it is placed. We use UPS and the US Postal Service for quick and efficient delivery:
- Free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $150 to the US
- USPS Priority Mail - $5.95 for the 1st item, $1.00 for each additional item.
- UPS Ground - $7.95 for the first item, $1.50 for each additional item
- UPS 2 Day Air - $17.95 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item
- USPS Next Day Air - $27.95 for the first item, $2.50 for each additional item
Can I Pay by Check or Money Order?
Absolutely! We accept personal checks and money orders as well as all major credit cards and PayPal. Personal checks must clear our bank and your bank before shipment of ordered items will be sent. If paying by credit card, we will only charge when your entire order has shipped.
What If My Product is Defective?
We are authorized retailers for each line we carry. This means that you will be covered by a manufacturers warranty if you are having problems with your purchase. If you have a product that is defective- do not hesitate to contact us. We will point you in the right direction.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a package with broken contents, please contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent. Rest assured, that we carefully pack our items to avoid this.
